Policy is guidelines of CC “KMZ” directors aimed at permanent improvement of Quality Management System to produce competitive metal products meeting all requirements of customers.

Directors and personnel of the Works define the following purposes:

• achieve world quality level of calibrated rolled metal to make our customers consider us as the Works of high quality level, reliability, constancy and competence fulfilling its obligations in good faith;
• maximum customization;
• sustained products quality as the basis of profit making, economy progress and development of the Works in the interests of stockholders, personnel, customers and society as a whole;
• permanent improvement of management structure, precise personification of commissions and responsibilities, conscience personnel participation in settlement of quality issues;
• national and foreign marketing development, steadily projected profit markup, ensuring of stable economic level of the Works and estimable social position of workers;
• continuous improvement and confirmation of effective functioning of Quality Management System and its compliance with the requirements of International Standards;
• cooperation with those suppliers of raw materials who always confirming high quality of their supplies;
• maintain strong qualifications and competence of personnel as well as top level of corporate culture combining with modern mode of labor motivation at each stage of production and management;
• product certification.

To achieve the above set purposes Directors of CC “KMZ” undertake as follows:

• to consider products and processes quality as the main aspect in seniors“ work as well as in work of each employee;
• to assure implementation of Quality Management System and create required conditions to provide priority in issues of calibrated rolled metal quality;
• to implement marketing policy in order to enhance products competitiveness;
• to integrate requirements of MC ISO in existing Quality Management System;
• to analyze Works” activity in comparison with competitors“ one on regularly basis.

The present policy is required to combine efforts and provide purposeful activities of the Works employees concerning assurance of products quality and realization of Quality Management System.
